Booking & Cancellation policy

How do I book? - The easiest way to secure your place on our workshops is to book online.  Browse through the Workshops section and click on those that interest you.  This will take you to the full workshop description where you can select the date of your workshop and add to your basket. You can also call into our shop Grace & Favour Fabrics and pay in person with cash or credit/debit card. Full payment is required at time of booking, unless by prior agreement.

What if I can’t make the workshop?

Cancellation and refund policy - A full, cleared payment is required prior to attending our workshops. If you find yourself unable to attend your booking and it’s more than 14 days in advance, we can offer a full refund or you are of course welcome to transfer to another workshop. If your cancellation is within 14 days of your workshop I’m afraid we are unable to offer a refund, you can however send someone in your place - just advise us of a name change please. If you do wish to rebook you can do so by paying an additional 50% of the workshop value. Please remember that as with many workshops they are full and we often turn people down on this basis - it is not possible therefore to swap dates or cancel with less than 14 days notice unless you or ourselves can fill your space.

If by chance, the workshop is cancelled by Grace and Favour, we will give you as much advance notice as possible. We will offer a credit voucher, transfer your booking to another workshop or issue you with a full refund.

We reserve the right to change a tutor due to any unforeseen circumstances however we will aim to find a replacement tutor where possible.
